America in an unending cycle of violence and vengeance? On this episode of Friends Talking Faith with The Three Wise Guys we’ll discuss faith and overcoming revenge. We see it all too often, whether it is within our criminal justice system, or within society in general. An act of violence is followed by an act of vengeance, and too often the cycle repeats. Following the horrendous mass shooting at the Pulse Nightclub right here in Orlando Florida, there was a marked rise in vengeful threats against the Muslim community, then, as the nation was marking 15 years after the deadly terrorist attacks of 9/11, an arsonist set fire to the mosque which had been occasionally attended by the pulse nightclub shooter. With faith running all through these incidents can faith be a voice for healing and forgiveness? We have a very special guest who will bring his insights to this conversation.
