On this episode of Friends Talking Faith with The Three Wise Guys we discuss faith and Pope Francis. He was born Jorge Mario Bergoglio in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He worked briefly as a chemical technician and even did a short stint as a nightclub bouncer before beginning his seminary studies. Pope Francis loves soccer, films in the style of neo-realism, tango dancing, and the traditional music of Argentina and Uruguay known as the milonga – often described as a fast and happy music that’s great for dancing. Our very special guest today is Bishop John Noonan. He’s the fifth Bishop of Orlando. A native of Limerick, Ireland, he immigrated to the United States as a young man. He’ll talk with us about his new boss in Rome, and a whole lot more. Pope Francis and Bishop Noonan! Listen now.
