Are some conservative evangelical Christians engaging in modern heresy? Today on Friends Talking Faith with The Three Wise Guys we’ll discuss faith, the Boston Declaration, and current heretical Christian thinking. They call themselves Christians, many of them with a high profile – nationally – and the majority of them would identify themselves as conservative and evangelical. But there is a large and growing group of Christian pastors and academics standing up against what they see as heretical thinking and ideas. We’ll talk about the Boston Declaration and a group of evangelical, moderate, and progressive Christians who are banding together to counter what they considered to be the evil politics of the extremist religious right in America.
