They bend, but they don’t break! On this episode of Friends Talking Faith with The Three Wise Guys we discuss faith and interfaith yoga. They ask the question, “what would yoga do?” The answer… Begin the Interfaith Yoga Project – it’s a yogic response to the increase in hate threats in our community (and beyond)… Taking a quote from the diary of Anne Frank in which she says that… in spite of everything, with the world gradually turning into a wilderness, the ever approaching thunder which will destroy us, the sufferings of millions… Even in the face of all that she writes, “… Yet, if I look up into the heavens, I think that it will all come right, that this cruelty too will end, and that peace and tranquility will return again.” We’ll talk with the founder of, and a participant in, the Interfaith Yoga Project to learn more about their important work to help create the kind of world that Anne Frank envisioned.
